If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Geographic Restrictions and Geo-Blocking: The JoltReel website and application (the "Service") are strictly geo-blocked and unavailable to individuals residing in the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), and the United Kingdom (UK). We employ network-level technical measures to prevent access from these regions. By accessing or attempting to register for the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any of these restricted jurisdictions. Bypassing our technical restrictions (e.g., by using a VPN) to access the Service from a restricted jurisdiction is a material breach of these Terms.
JoltReel provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to process, generate, and manage digital media and related content. The Service may include periodic updates, new features, and modifications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify JoltReel of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You agree not to use the Service to:
JoltReel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) a breach of these Terms (including the Geographic Restrictions or Acceptable Use Policy); (b) fraudulent or illegal activity; or (c) failure to pay fees. Upon termination for breach, any unspent generation credits, lifetime memberships, and User Content will be immediately forfeited and permanently deleted without refund.
The Service may utilize, integrate with, or contain links to third-party services, APIs, or websites. JoltReel does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of such third parties. Your use of third-party services is solely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
We use PayPal for payments and other services. If you wish to use one of these services and pay on our website, PayPal may collect the personal data you provide, such as payment and other identifying information. PayPal uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us and others, including for fraud detection, harm and loss prevention, authentication, analytics related to the performance of its services, and to comply with applicable legal requirements. The processing of this information will be subject to the PayPal Privacy Statement available at PayPal.com.
Certain aspects of the Service are provided for a fee. JoltReel offers one-time purchases, such as a Lifetime Membership and generation credit top-ups; we do not charge recurring subscription fees. By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees in advance. JoltReel reserves the right to change its pricing upon reasonable notice.

JOLTREEL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. JOLTREEL MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DOES IT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OUTPUT GENERATED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JOLTREEL, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL JOLTREEL'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO JOLTREEL IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JoltReel, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect. The failure of JoltReel to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
